Our 2013 Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect example of what is old, is new again. Produced in an “Old World” style, our Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested earlier in the season to preserve the natural flavours and acidity of the wine.

Lemongrass, gooseberry, lime and a hint of juniper berry provide a great nose to this medium-bodied wine. On the palate, white grapefruit, green apple and notes of wet stone fruit prevail. The mineral notes in this wine are a true expression of the terroir. The wine displays a clean, bright acidity on the palate and great length on the finish.


This Sauvignon Blanc pairs particularly well with smoked fishes, tomato based dishes, poultry, salads with vinaigrettes, peppers and garlic. We love pairing this wine with pizza with anchovies, grilled salmon, and garlic prawns. Cheeses that are best served with this Sauvignon Blanc include Brie, Asiago, Cheddar and Gruyere.
