On the nose, notes of lemon, pear and banana are complimented by undertones of sweet butterscotch and caramel. With a lean acidic backbone, tropical fruits like pineapple and passionfruit remain bright and structured on the palate. A touch of minerality and creaminess keeps the finish long, crisp and decadent.
This wine pairs well with poultry, hot oysters and pasta dishes. We love to pair this wine with carbonara, glass noodles and braised veal. Cheeses that pair perfectly with this wine are Blue, Goat, Smoked Gouda and Brie.
