WINEMAKER'S NOTES

On the nose, grilled peach, apricot and tangerine zest dominate and are complemented by notes of candied ginger and caramelized berries. Tangerine zest remains evident on the palate, and notes of stone fruit and almond develop. Having aged in neutral oak for three months, this wine remains round and and well structured on the finish.

FOOD MATCHES

This Rosé pairs beautifully with grilled salmon and oven roasted chicken or turkey. A bit of a heavier rosé, it is also perfect to pair with foie gras and pâté. Cheeses that would be best to serve with this wine are semi-soft cheeses such as Monterey Jack, Gruyère and Gouda.
