Honeydew, citrus, pear and a hint of exotic fruit provide a great nose to this wine. On the palate, lemon zest, melon and a hint of grapefruit prevail, complemented by a refreshing acidity on the back palate. Dry style, this Pinot Grigio is clean and fresh on the balanced finish.
This Pinot Grigio pairs particularly well with smoked fishes, poultry, salads with vinaigrettes, peppers and garlic. We love pairing this wine with pizza with anchovies, grilled shrimp and cold seafood. Cheeses that are best served with this wine include Brie, Asiago, Cheddar and Gruyere.
